Cosmographer Discovered these guys in an article on Last Rites. Great surprise - the three tracks here feature intricate guitar arrangements that remind me of Suffering Hour's last record, which makes sense. But Silurian is its own beast and I look forward to more music from them. Favorite track: Eurypterid Emperors.

Probably the happiest I have ever been to get a surprise release. Using dissonance and technicality for the sole purpose of properly conveying emotional weight, seems like every release leaves no room for improvement, yet somehow the next one surpasses it. thetodd91
